Agares — Grand Duke of Hell is the demon lord at the head of the Legion of Agares, a Clay Cyanide collection we print to order in our Wrocław workshop. He is a collectible demon miniature for RPG tables and tabletop wargames, and the figure the rest of the legion answers to.

About Agares — the second spirit of the Goetia

In the Goetia, Agares is the second spirit: a Grand Duke of Hell who rules 31 legions. Clay Cyanide built a whole collection around him. Agares stands at its head, with the Agares Fighters as his demonic infantry, the Agares Hounds standing guard, the Agares Legion Enchanter weaving infernal charms and the Agares Night Haunters troubling mortals at night. On his own he makes a fitting final opponent for an RPG campaign; with the rest of the legion behind him, he commands a complete demonic force on the battlefield.

Material and finish — SLA resin

We print Agares on SLA printers in UV-cured photopolymer resin at 0.04 mm layers. Each print is washed, post-cured under UV light, cleared of supports and inspected by hand before it is packed. Base size: 32 mm or 50 mm, whichever suits your table. The figure ships unpainted in grey resin, ready for primer and acrylic paints.

Clay Cyanide licensed sculpt

This is an official production under the Clay Cyanide Commercial Crafters merchant licence. Clay Cyanide designed the digital sculpt; we print, clean and ship the physical figure, so every order supports both the original sculptor and our Wrocław workshop. Agares is also part of the Legion of Agares bundle, together with the Agares Fighters, Agares Hounds, Agares Legion Enchanter and Agares Night Haunters.

Care and painting

Before painting, give the resin a light rinse in isopropyl alcohol and a thin coat of primer, and hold the figure by its base while you work. Keep it away from heat above 50 °C and from strong direct sunlight, and dust it with a soft, dry brush rather than solvents. This is a collector's product for ages 14 and up, not a toy.
