About the demon swordsman miniature — the legion's assassin

Where the greataxe-warrior is the legion's open-field hammer, this demon swordsman miniature is the assassin — sent against a single named target. The slim demonic estoc echoes the rapier-and-estoc duel-blades of the late-Renaissance Italian fencing schools (Capo Ferro, Gran Simulacro, 1610), rebuilt with daemonic horn-relief on the hilt. The pose — front foot extended, sword low in guardia mezzana — is straight from the Gran Simulacro plates. He is dispatched against warlocks who slipped a contract, against rival demon-courts' envoys, against the player-character paladin in a duelling-ring side-scene.

Material and finish — SLA resin, primer-ready

Printed in UV-cured photopolymer resin at 0.04 mm layer height, post-cured and supports clipped before dispatch. Unpainted; light support cleanup on the sword tip and spiked pauldrons. Dimensions: 32 mm round base, ≈35–45 mm total height in low-guard stance. Ready for primer and acrylic paints.
